Change your region for Windows Store
In Windows
When you change different countries or regions, change your region setting to keep shopping at Store.
Most products purchased from Windows Store in one region will not work in another. This includes Xbox Live Gold and Groove Music Pass, apps, games, music, films and TV programmes.
To change your region in Windows, in the search box, enter Change region, then select Change your country or region.
Under Country or region, select your new region.
You can switch back to your original region at any time.
On the Store website
If you move to a different country or region, change your region setting to keep shopping at Store. Note: Most products purchased from Windows Store in one region will not work in another. This includes Xbox Live Gold and Groove Music Pass, apps, games, music, films and TV programmes.
On Windows Store, scroll down to the bottom of the footer.
Select the language link and choose a new language/region combination.
You can switch back to your original region at any time.
Xbox Live Account
If to change the region for your Xbox Live account.
Sign in on the Xbox Live Account migration page.
Select Next, then the region, and then I Accept.
