Fix problems signing in to the Xbox app
If you’re having trouble signing in to the Xbox app, here are a few things you can try.
Make sure that you’ve connected to the Internet.
Go to Xbox.com and sign in there to make sure that the Xbox service is up and running and you don’t have any issues with your account.
On your PC, go to Start > Settings > Time & language. Under Date and time , make sure that the Set time automatically setting is turned on.
If none of the other options work, go to Start > Settings > Accounts and find the Microsoft account you used to sign in to the Xbox app, and select Remove. Then go back to the Xbox app and sign in with the Microsoft account you just removed.

Download important updates
Make sure that your computer has the latest updates for Windows. In addition, make sure you have the correct version of DirectX installed on your computer. Here’s how to check:

The easiest way to get the latest drivers is to run Windows Update. This will download the latest Microsoft-certified drivers for your computer. Use this method if you’re not familiar with the details of your computer’s hardware.
Check with your computer or hardware manufacturer for the latest drivers. This is the best option for laptops and small form-factor PCs.
Download a reference driver for your hardware. This is the best option for power users and custom PCs.
