Go to Settings > Time & language > Region & language.
Select Add a language.
Select the language you want to use from the list, then choose which region’s version you want to use. Your download will begin immediately.
Under Languages, you can add languages and keyboards. To do this, click Add a language and choose the language you want to add. This will add that language’s keyboard to your PC;

Cortana is now available in the aforementioned regions. However, users are required to make some changes in the settings to be able to get the voice assistant. Here are the changes you need to make:
1. Change the language settings (Settings > Language) to any of the different English version — English India / Australia / Canada — in accordance with the place you’re based in.

Microsoft Edge is the new browser and many of the one things, which was introduced by Microsoft in Windows 10 to the users.
When you visit a website that requires you to sign in, Microsoft Edge will ask if you want your username and password remembered. When you visit the site next time, Microsoft Edge will finish filling in your account info. Password will be save by default. Here’s how to turn it on or off:
In the Microsoft Edge browser, select More actions (…) > Settings > View Advanced Settings.

New browser in Windows 10 includes new built-in reading list in Microsoft Edge. If you used the Reading List app in Windows 8.1 and you’ve now upgraded to Windows 10, move best items from the old app over to Microsoft Edge.
In the Reading List app, select an item to open it in Microsoft Edge. (If it opens in a different browser, first go to Start, then Settings > System > Default apps and change your default web browser to Microsoft Edge.)
In Microsoft Edge, select the star icon, select Reading list, then select Add.
When you change different countries or regions, change your region setting to keep shopping at Store.
Most products purchased from Windows Store in one region will not work in another. This includes Xbox Live Gold and Groove Music Pass, apps, games, music, films and TV programmes.
To change your region in Windows, in the search box, enter Change region, then select Change your country or region.
Under Country or region, select your new region.
You can switch back to your original region at any time.
